Ingredients: 500g live bamboo shrimp, 65438 quail eggs +00.
Ingredients: broccoli 100g, a little onion and ginger, φ? individual
Seasoning: sugar 100g, white vinegar 10g, cooking wine 20g, Lee Kum Kee tomato sauce, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, corn starch and salad oil.
Methods: 1. Cut off the whiskers of 10 bamboo shrimp, cut it from the back with a blade, and remove the shrimp line. 2. Cooked quail eggs are peeled, broccoli is washed and cut into small flowers. 3. Remove the head, shell and tail of another bamboo tube shrimp, use a blade twice, and stir with a little salt, cornstarch and egg white for later use. 4. Put the salad oil in the pot and cook until it is 7 ~ 8 ripe (150℃ ~ 200℃), put the shelled bamboo shrimp in the pot, fry until it is red and yellow, take it out and pour out the salad oil. Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry onion and ginger, add prawns, cook a little white vinegar, add white sugar, refined salt, tomato sauce and water, cook the juice until it is bright, take it out and put it around the plate. 5. Bird shrimp
Bamboo tube shrimp 1 50g, pepper seeds 20, broccoli 50g, salt 2g, corn flour 2g, chicken essence 2g, pepper1g, salad oil 50ml, toothpicks 15. Cooking method:
1. Remove the head and shell of prawns, leaving only the shell on the tail, cut off the tail tip, cut it open from the back of prawns with a knife, and batch the prawns back to diagonal shape. Chop the excess shrimps into paste, and add salt, monosodium glutamate and pepper to marinate.

Yuanbaoxia
Raw materials: bamboo tube shrimp, lily, shiitake mushroom, celery, minced meat (as required)
Practice: Lily uses boiled water to copy the bitterness, and celery is also copied.
Cut the shrimp back with minced meat (it can be omitted if it is troublesome)
Take the oil pan, when the oil is hot, add a little Jiang Mo and chopped green onion (you can add some pepper if you like spicy food), stir fry, and add shrimp to stir fry the cooking wine for a few times.
Add minced meat (which can be omitted when put on the shrimp back), add seasoning (suitable for your own taste), stir-fry the shrimp until it is 7% ripe, add celery and mushrooms, add a little broth, stir-fry for 3 minutes, and then add lily to stir-fry and serve.
