Steps
1. Weigh out the desired amount of buckwheat flour using an electronic scale.
2. Weigh out the required wheat flour using an electronic scale.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, oil, water and mix well.
4. Pour buckwheat flour and wheat flour into the liner of the noodle maker.
5. Start running with the automatic program.
6. Pour in the liquid little by little.
7. The noodle maker starts to produce noodles.
8. The more it comes out, the more it gets.
9. Keep going until all the noodles are out.
10. Take a meal's worth and put it in a pot to cook.
11. Once the noodles are cooked, pull them out and drain them into a bowl. Add your own vegetable code and favorite sauce, and it's ready to eat.
Tips
Buckwheat flour can be replaced with regular buckwheat flour.
