How to make steamed dried fragrant beans
Materials
250g dried tofu (dried smoked), 6 tablespoons chopped chili (90g), 1 tablespoon shredded ginger (15g), 1 tablespoon minced chives (15g), 2 teaspoons oil (10ml)
Method
1. Cut dried tofu (smoked) into long strips (or cut diagonally into small slices). Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, lightly fry the cut dried tofu on both sides, and serve on a plate when the cuts turn light yellow.
2. Cover the surface of the fried dried tofu with chopped chili peppers, spread with shredded ginger, and drizzle with a few drops of oil.
3. Place the plate with the ingredients in a steamer, cover it with water and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. After taking it out of the pot, stir together all the ingredients and sprinkle with chopped chives.
