1. Store in a cool place. If the quantity is small and the storage time is short, just put it in a cool and dry place. Cordyceps sinensis is prone to mildew, so it is usually put in a ventilated and cool place to dry, then put it in a wooden box, pad it with moisture-proof paper (such as that in a cigarette case), and put it in a cool and dry place to avoid mildew, and then check the changes of Cordyceps sinensis every 30 days. Spreading Cordyceps sinensis on the dry, dark ground to dry in the shade can make the exterior color of Cordyceps sinensis look better.
2. Storage in glass containers
Glass container storage. If you want to keep it for a long time, you can put Cordyceps sinensis in a glass container, seal the bottle mouth, and then put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration. You can also put some pepper or cortex moutan in it to prolong the preservation time. If it needs to be preserved for more than half a year, a desiccant should be placed next to the place where Cordyceps sinensis is stored. If the quantity is large or it needs to be stored for a long time, it is best to put some desiccant in the bag, so that the preservation can generally ensure that Cordyceps sinensis is intact and its quality will not be reduced. Only drying can slow down the influence on the quality of Cordyceps sinensis.
3. The glass box is sealed and preserved.
Store in a sealed refrigerator. If the storage time is longer than 1 month, Cordyceps sinensis can be put into a clean and intact plastic bag with a certain thickness, not too thin, and then the mouth of the bag is sealed. Two layers of plastic bags are placed outside the plastic bag filled with Cordyceps sinensis, and the mouth is sealed, and it is refrigerated in the refrigerator (the temperature is 2 ~ 8 degrees).
A. traditional method: spraying yellow wine. Spraying yellow wine on Cordyceps sinensis and drying it after spraying (only in the shade, not in the sun) can kill some bacteria. The amount of yellow rice wine sprayed can be larger, or even Cordyceps can be soaked in yellow rice wine before taking it out (remember that only yellow rice wine can be used, not white wine), and then put it in a sealed jar or bag after drying in the shade. Then put it in the freezer of the refrigerator (not the refrigerator) and store it at MINUS eight degrees. Cordyceps is afraid of high temperature, not low temperature.
B buy a bottle of vitamin c and wrap a pack of vitamin c tablets in paper, because vitamin c can absorb oxygen in a sealed bag, which can also prolong the storage time of cordyceps sinensis.
C. folk method: put pepper. When the cordyceps sinensis is sealed after spraying yellow wine, put a few pepper in the sealed bag.
