How to steam chilled hairtail:
1. Remove the head and tail of the hairtail, wash and remove dirt, and cut a cross pattern on it.
2. Cut into inch sections.
3. Place on a plate, add salt, green onions, ginger and cooking wine and marinate for about ten minutes.
4. Add steamed fish soy sauce and pour a spoonful of cooked oil on it.
5. Put it in the steamer for six or seven minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and simmer for two or three minutes, then take it out.
7. Pick out the green onion and ginger, and add some chopped green onion and red pepper shreds for decoration.
