Whole wheat flour 95
Eggs 15
Whole milk powder 5
A teaspoon of baking soda.
ingredients
Proper amount of butter
Appropriate amount of sugar
Proper amount of vegetable oil
Appropriate amount of corn starch
Step one
Put the eggs, fine sugar and salt into a bowl and beat them evenly with an egg beater (just beat them evenly, no need to send them away). Pour in vegetable oil. Melt butter in water or microwave oven to make it liquid, and pour it into eggs.
Step 2
Stir evenly to form a mixed solution of sugar and oil, and stir for a while as much as possible to fully dissolve the fine sugar.
Step 3
Whole wheat flour, corn starch, milk powder, baking soda and baking powder are mixed and sieved, and then added into the egg oil mixture. Whole wheat flour contains wheat bran. If the wheat bran can't pass through the sieve, pour the screened wheat bran back into the flour.
Step 4
Mix flour and liquid ingredients by hand to form dough. Knead it into dough, don't knead it for too long.
Step 5
Put the dough in a fresh-keeping bag or oiled paper, cover the dough with the fresh-keeping bag or oiled paper, and roll it out into a dough sheet with a thickness of 0.3CM (rolling it out between the fresh-keeping bag or oiled paper can make the dough easier to handle). Remove the fresh-keeping bag or oil paper on the upper layer, cut off the irregular corners of the dough and cut it into small triangles.
Step 6
Punch some holes in the small triangle with a fork, put the small triangle dough on the baking tray (leaving a certain gap between the doughs), put it in a preheated oven with upper and lower heat 175℃, and bake for about 12 minutes until the surface is golden.
