Ingredients
1/2 cup of diced taro, 1/2 cup of diced pork, 2 tbsp of diced carrots, 1 cup of rice, 1 and 1/4 cups of water
Seasoning: 2 tsp of salt, 1 tbsp of oil, 1/3 tbsp of sugar
Methods
1.) Prepare diced taro, diced pork, and diced carrots.
2.) Wash the rice, drain well, then add 1 and 1/4 cups of water (or stock), Ingredient 1 and all the seasonings, mix well and let it stand for 20 minutes, then put it into an electric pot for steaming.
