1. Ingredients: 300g dried shrimp, appropriate amount of thin-skinned green pepper. Accessories: appropriate amount of corn oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of garlic.
2. Wash and drain the dried shrimps. Chop the green onions, mince the garlic, and cut the peppers into small pieces.
3. Turn on high heat and add oil to the pot (use more oil than usual for cooking). Put the dried shrimps into hot oil and fry for a while.
4. Add the chopped onions and garlic and stir-fry until the color of the dried shrimps turns transparent and turn to medium heat.
5. Add chili and stir-fry quickly.
