Steps
1. Chop pork into cubes and mix with a little bit of water until it is sticky.
2. Blanched mustard greens are finely chopped and set aside.
3. Chop green onions into scallions.
4. Prepare pepper powder and ginger powder. You can also use ready-made ginger instead, I have no more at home, so I used ginger powder.
5. Put the above ingredients into a container, add salt and oil and mix well.
6. Add the flour with the right amount of water and make a soft and hard dough. I usually add about 50% water.
7. Roll into a long strip.
8. Shape into a small dessert and flatten it.
9. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dumpling skin into a round shape, add the appropriate amount of filling and wrap the dumplings.
10. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the dumplings and cook. Generally speaking, when the water boils again, add cold water, boil again, and then add water three times, and the dumplings will be cooked.
11. Fish out and plate.
12. Serve with soy sauce and sesame oil.
