1. Wash the oranges and make a cross on the top with a knife so that the syrup can penetrate during the cooking process.
2. Pour the rock sugar into 1000 grams of water and boil the rock sugar over low heat.
3. Pour the oranges into the pot, boil the water over high heat, and cook the oranges.
4. Turn down the heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes. Finally, add a little salt and stir a few times.
5. Pick up the oranges, spread them flat on the baking sheet, and place them in a ventilated place to dry.
6. The next day, put the oranges on a glass dish and blanch them in the microwave on high heat for about 3-5 minutes.
7. Spread the oranges flat on the baking sheet, and then bake them at about 140-150°C for about 15 minutes. During the baking process, stir the oranges from time to time to avoid burning.
