Ingredients ?
1 purple onion (about 350g)
2 to 3 tbsp vinegar
1 to 2 tbsp sugar
a little bit of salt
How to make onion in vinegar ?
Peel the onion as shown in the picture
Shred the onion
Put in a little bit of salt
Toss it this way

Vinegar
Vinegar: 3 tbsp if you are not afraid of acidity, I put in a little more than 2 tbsp
Sugar: 3 tbsp if you like sweetness, I put in 1 ? tbsp
Refrigerate it with a plastic wrap for 3 to 4 hours or overnight
Refrigerate it in a cold place with the plastic wrap on it.
