Wash and dry the jujube, remove the core and cut into long strips, and take the kernel from the walnut. Put the red dates and walnuts in the oven at 12 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the black sesame seeds in a pot and fry them until they are cooked. After a few minutes of high fire, they will make a crackling sound, which will smell the fragrance of sesame seeds, and then continue to stir them for a few times. Take out the pan and let it cool, then put the glutinous rice flour into the pan and fry it until it turns slightly yellow. The cooking machine grinds the black sesame into powder, mixes the black sesame powder with the glutinous rice flour, evenly mixes the corn oil, maltose and honey, then adds the mixed black sesame powder and glutinous rice flour, and kneades them into dough. After mixing the corn oil, maltose and honey evenly, add the mixed black sesame powder and glutinous rice flour, and knead them into dough.
3. Method 3
Take out the walnut meat, chop it up, pour the chopped walnut meat into the pot, stir-fry it with low fire until it changes color and the pulp is crisp and firm, pour in the black sesame seeds, stir-fry the white sesame seeds with low fire and turn off the fire immediately, otherwise it will be easy to paste the pot, cut the instant ejiao jujube into pieces, stir it evenly, and put it aside for use. Pour all the small cans of maltose into the pot, add white sugar, and turn off the fire immediately. Pour the previously fried sesame and walnut into sugar water and mix well quickly. Apply cooking oil to the bottom and periphery of a container, pour in the mixed ingredients, slightly cool them until they don't stick to your hands, and compact them, or press them into a favorite thickness according to your personal preference. Cool them all, cut them into pieces and serve them on a plate.
