Mine is Dongling bread machine, measuring spoon, big head (big end), full of a spoonful 10g of "high active dry yeast"; ; Small head (small head), full spoon of "high activity dry yeast" is 3g. Ingredients with different specific gravity will be weighed out with a spoon. The best way is to reserve a food scale, which is more practical.
