2. Wash bitter gourd and cut it into oblique slices about 4cm thick. Cut shad into small pieces, chop garlic, and shred dried Chili for later use.
3. Boil the water, and soak the bitter gourd for 30 seconds.
4. Heat oil in the pot, add minced garlic and saute dried Chili.
5. Stir-fry the lobster sauce in the jar and stir-fry the fragrance.
6. Pour in the bitter gourd and stir fry quickly.
7. Add chopped shad and stir fry quickly and evenly.
