How to make steamed fish with black bean sauce ?
Scrub the perch and chop the spines on either side of the spine to break the fish open
Put the fish on a plate and put the scallions and ginger on the top and bottom of the fish
Put the fish into a steamer and cook on high heat for 15 minutes
After steaming, remove the scallions and ginger, and pour off the steaming juices
The steamed fish will be poured with the black bean sauce evenly on top of the fish, and sprinkled with the chopped green onions
Pour the pepper oil on top of the chopped green onions to make it more delicious
Then, pour the oil over the fish and pour it onto the chopped green onions. Pour the pepper oil over the chopped scallions and you're ready to go.
