Hot spring eggs come from eggs cooked in hot springs, which are unique in that the yolk has just solidified. The method is to boil the water, then cool it to 70-80 degrees, and put the washed eggs in. It is better to submerge the eggs with water, and the water temperature should be kept at about 70-75 degrees. Cover and stew for 25 minutes, then take them out and cool them in cold water.
Precautions:
1, preferably sterile eggs;
2. Eggs need to be kept at room temperature before they can be cooked in a pot.
