Materials
2 squid, 1 green pepper, 3ml soy sauce, 1 red pepper, 2 slices of ginger, 2 pieces of garlic, 2g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate (MSG), 5ml of cooking wine.
Methods
1.Squid to remove the clothes and wash the cutter knife cut, blanch and wait for use.
