Ingredients: 1 grass carp, 2g salt, 10g light soy sauce, 10g coriander, 10g minced garlic, 20g bean paste, 5g dark soy sauce, 2g sugar, 70g corn starch, 2 spicy millet, 500ml water.
Steps:
1. Wash grass carp, cut into pieces, marinate with salt, light soy sauce and ginger slices for 10 minutes;
