In principle, patients with intestinal obstruction should be treated mainly by surgery, and conservative treatment can be used as preoperative adjuvant treatment. For intestinal obstruction caused by food or foreign body, if it is located in colon or rectum, electronic fiber colonoscopy can be used to achieve the purpose of treatment first. Electronic fiber colonoscopy can remove foreign bodies and avoid the way of surgical treatment. If the food or foreign body is located in the small intestine, it can also promote the downward peristalsis of the food by taking liquid paraffin oil.
