Edible mode of cauliflower
Seaweed can be blanched in boiling water before eating, and it should not be cooked for a long time, otherwise it will melt. Dry cauliflower can be soaked in warm water at 40-50℃ for 2 hours, and then washed with clear water to remove impurities from cauliflower. After soaking, cauliflower can be used as a cold salad or pickled in sauce. Jiang Mo or ginger juice should be added to the cold salad to relieve the coldness. Boil cauliflower with water to make soup, then filter it, put it in the refrigerator to freeze, then cut it into pieces and add ice water or sugar to make delicious bean jelly.
