Practice of chicken soup with Radix Adenophorae and Fructus Lycii

1. Wash Radix Adenophorae and Fructus Lycii in advance and soak them in water for a while.

2. Wash the chicken and cook it in water.

Turn off the fire after cooking for a while, pour out the soup and wash the chicken.
