Exercise:
1. Prepare ginger, garlic, Illicium verum leaves, dried tangerine peel and pepper, and stir-fry them in the pan.
2. Two spoonfuls of salt, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, four spoonfuls of soy sauce, four spoonfuls of oyster sauce, a bag of bad salt water (if not, use a marinade bag and water instead), then pour in the seasoning and cook together.
3. Let the sauce cool, pour it into the chicken and marinate for several hours, then wash the seasoning and dry it.
4. Wrap the bone in tin foil, bake it at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, then brush some honey water, turn it over for 15 minutes, brush the honey water again, and turn it back to the front for 10 minutes.
