1. I use quick-frozen peas, so soak them for a while first, and don't soak fresh peas. Wash and drain the water for later use.
2. Take out the glutinous rice and wash it.
3. After washing, add water and fill with glutinous rice. Soak for a while, it will taste softer. Prepare other ingredients when soaking glutinous rice.
This is quick-frozen minced meat. Don't use so much. I only added half. You can add more if you like meat.
5. Chop or shred or slice the sausage as you like.
6. Put oil in the pot, a little more than usual, because you want to fry glutinous rice. First put the thawed minced meat down and fry it, then add the sausage pieces and drained peas in turn. Stir-fry constantly, don't stir-fry completely, because you will have to go into the rice cooker later. When the frying is almost done, add salt.
7. Then add the drained glutinous rice and continue to stir fry. Remember, it is drained.
8. Stir-fry for a few minutes, smell the fragrance, or see sticky glutinous rice at the bottom of the pot, add desert water to the glutinous rice, and then wait for the water to boil.
9. Turn off the fire after the water in the pot is boiled, and don't boil it dry. Then put the fried glutinous rice and water into the rice cooker and press the cooking button.
