Under normal circumstances, patients need to stay in hospital for treatment and nursing after going through hospitalization procedures, and cannot be discharged on their own. This is to ensure that patients can get timely and continuous medical services and avoid the health risks brought by patients leaving the hospital on their own.
The admission procedure is as follows:
1. If the client decides to be hospitalized, the doctor will issue a hospitalization certificate, and the client will go through the hospitalization procedures on the first floor of the inpatient department;
2. Show the patient's ID card when going through the admission formalities, and prepare the prepaid amount. If the client does not bring his ID card, please go through the registration formalities in time after staying in the ward, so as not to affect the operation and medication;
3. Medical insurance patients at all levels should take the initiative to show their medical record cards, medical insurance magnetic cards or medical insurance letters of introduction when going through the admission formalities. If the party concerned does not bring the medical insurance card, he can go through the hospitalization at his own expense first, but he must go through the formalities of change with the hospitalization card and the above-mentioned documents within 3 days to avoid unnecessary trouble;
4. After the parties go through the hospitalization formalities, they can go to the corresponding ward for hospitalization with the hospitalization certificate and the first page of medical records. Carefully check the name and amount on the advance payment receipt, and properly keep the receipt (it needs to be used as a voucher when paying the hospitalization fee and going through the discharge formalities).
To sum up, during hospitalization, the hospital will provide patients with necessary medical care, monitoring and treatment to ensure their rehabilitation and health. Doctors and nurses will formulate corresponding treatment plans according to the patient's condition, and carry out necessary medical operations and monitoring. If patients need to be discharged from hospital under special circumstances, such as family emergencies or other emergencies, they should communicate with doctors or hospital administrators in time and get their consent. The hospital may carry out some necessary operations and preparations for discharged patients to ensure their safety and health.
