Peel garlic and grind it into paste with tools (garlic is more delicious than minced garlic, and try to grind it into paste if possible).
Pry the oyster out of the gap with a screwdriver (I don't have a special shell-opening tool, just put it there), take out the oyster meat and wash it.
Marinate all the oyster meat with seasoning for a while, and then put it back on the oyster shell (this step can also be omitted if you like this delicious food).
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of garlic on the oysters, steam them in a boiling water pot for about 5 minutes, and then take them out.
Sprinkle chopped chives and pour in hot oil.
