Ingredients ?
Silver cod fillet 300 or 400 grams
White wine moderate
Salt moderate
White pepper moderate
Original flavor grilled silver cod practice ?
Thaw the cod fillets naturally, remove the scales, and drain. Never soak or microwave them.
Use your hands to rub salt evenly on both sides of the fish, then pour in a small amount of white wine (domestic Great Wall will do) and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Control the wine from the marinated fish fillets, drain both sides on kitchen paper towels, then sprinkle both sides with white pepper and rub them gently with your hands to coat evenly.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil. Once preheated, take out the baking sheet and use an oil brush to spread a thin layer of salad oil on the tinfoil, being careful not to burn it. Then put the fish fillets, in the upper layer of the fish fillets and then a thin layer of oil (this time with your hands is good).
Then put the baking dish into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then lower it to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Tips
1) Personally, I think it's better to use white wine than Chinese yellow wine, but if you don't have it, Chinese yellow wine is fine.
2) Brush a little oil on the tinfoil to prevent staining, and it's best not to skip this step.
