Hot buns, it is better to steam the bean buns in hot water.

Preparation method:
1. Knead the dough evenly and set it aside to wake up .
2. Beans are not easy to rot. Put them in a pressure cooker, add water to slightly cover the beans, and cook over high heat.
3. After cooking, let the bean paste cool down, fry it briefly to remove the moisture, so that it will not spoil easily.
4. Then stir-fry the brown sugar over low heat and add a little less water. When the aroma comes out, the water is almost gone.
5. Stir the sugar and beans together, and add the osmanthus jam or rose jam.
6. After the dough has risen, wrap the bean buns (the wrapping method is the same as the fried buns), and then steam them in a pot.
