1. 50g black plum, 50g black jujube, 65g hawthorn slices, 10g licorice, 10g cardamom, 20g osmanthus, 250g old rock sugar, 700ml water.
2. Prepare the ingredients of black plums, black dates, hawthorn slices, licorice and cardamom for later use.
3. Add water to the pot, turn on high heat, add the ingredients just prepared, and add brown sugar.
4. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
5. After stewing is completed, turn off the heat and sprinkle in the sweet-scented osmanthus.
6. Cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes without turning on the heat.
