Ingredients
1/4 fresh lily, 1 large snow fungus
15 ginkgo, 10 longan, appropriate amount of honey
Eggs/quail eggs (the quantity depends on personal preference)
Method
1. Open the fresh lilies into pieces and wash them.
2. Wash the longan, peel and core the ginkgo.
3. Soak the snow fungus in water to soften it, remove the hard stem and tear it into small pieces.
4. Boil the eggs/quail eggs and set aside.
5. Take a casserole, pour 1000ml of water, ginkgo and longan.
6. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, add snow fungus and turn to low heat for 25 minutes.
7. Add honey according to personal preference.
8. When the honey is melted, add fresh lily and cook for 3-5 minutes.
