Two: gastrointestinal symptoms, loss of appetite is a common symptom, nausea, occasionally accompanied by vomiting. Abdominal distension is also common, related to gastrointestinal gas, ascites and hepatosplenomegaly, etc. When the amount of ascites is large, abdominal distension becomes the most unbearable symptom for patients. Some patients have abdominal pain, mostly vague pain in the liver area.
Three: bleeding tendency, there may be gums, nasal bleeding, skin purpura, women menorrhagia, etc., mainly related to the liver synthesized coagulation factor reduction and thrombocytopenia due to hypersplenism.
Four: symptoms related to endocrine disorders, men can have hypogonadism, gynecomastia, women can have amenorrhea, infertility. Cirrhosis patients with an increased incidence of diabetes, severe hepatic hypoglycemia prone to hypoglycemia.
Fifth: portal hypertension symptoms, such as esophagogastric fundal varices rupture and cause upper gastrointestinal bleeding, manifested as vomiting blood and black stool; hypersplenism can lead to thrombocytopenia, due to anemia and skin and mucous membrane pallor.
