Ingredients:
A pound of wax dog meat
A handful of dried chili peppers
A little tea oil
An appropriate amount of chicken essence
Steps:
1. Wash the wax dog meat with warm water, cut into bite-sized pieces, soak in light salt water to dilute the salt
2 . Chop the dried chili peppers. Drain the cooked wax dog meat through a strainer and set aside.
3. Heat the tea oil in a pot. When the oil temperature reaches 70-80%, add the wax dog meat and saute until fragrant. Wait for the wax dog meat. Just roll it up piece by piece
4. Put the fried wax dog meat into a basin, sprinkle with dried chili peppers, add a little water, put it into the pressure cooker and steam it over high heat for half an hour. Sprinkle it properly before eating. Chicken essence and mix well.

Dog meat can whet the appetite and strengthen the stomach, calm the five internal organs, warm the waist and knees, warm the kidneys and strengthen yang, and treat deficiency and coldness of the spleen and stomach.
Usually a lot of salt is used to make wax dog meat. Use light salt water to dilute the salt after cutting into pieces. It is best not to over-boil the meat, as the aroma of the dog meat will be lost.
Be sure to add a little water when steaming so that it can be steamed thoroughly. Use an ordinary steamer to steam for at least one hour. This recipe is basically the original flavor, try not to add too many seasonings.
