Slice beans and dice peppers (refer to the figure below for size).
Put oil in the pan, heat it, add beans and peppers and stir fry.
Add some salt to taste and stir fry.
Add vinegar to the beans, cover the pot and continue to heat and stew.
(The picture shows the lid covered for a while, and the vinegar is almost collected. )
P.s., just use medium and small fire. The fire is too big, and the vinegar will be gone in minutes. Fourth step
