Seasonal vegetable minced meat fried rice, simple and quick, nutritionally balanced
Prepare ingredients: minced pork, green onions, rice, shredded carrots, cabbage.
The minced meat is marinated with starch, supplementary food, soy sauce, oil, green onions and ginger, and the cabbage and carrots are blanched. Pour oil into the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color. Add in the vegetables and stir-fry evenly.
