The recipe of the cake
According to raw materials, mixing methods and batter properties, cakes can be divided into batter cakes, cream cakes and Qifeng cakes.
The main ingredients of the cake are flour, eggs, cream and so on. It contains carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and selenium.
Cake is suitable for cold storage at 2-7℃, and can generally be stored for 1-2 days.
