Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Introduce the yogurt into the mixture of flour and cornstarch, stir, add an egg and continue to stir well.
3. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
4. At this point the batter is ready, set aside.
5. Pour a drop of oil into a small flat bottomed skillet, grease the pan well, turn on low heat, pour in the batter and bake on low heat.
6. When the batter is slightly solidified and there are frequent small bubbles, use a spatula to flip the batter and bake the other side. The cakes are ready to be served after a few minutes.
