Tools/materials: beef with skin, clear water, Ergu, salad oil, ginger, pickled pepper, salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, pot and plate.
1. Soak the bought beef with skin in clear water first, which usually takes about 15 minutes.

6. Season with edible salt, red sour soup, add a little oyster sauce and soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook slowly until it tastes good.
7. Stew the soup into garlic leaves and sprinkle some pepper to serve.
