1. Separate the egg whites and yolks of the eggs, pay attention that there should not be any water in the bowl containing them, and that there should not be a little bit of yolks in the whites (I forgot to take a picture)

Add a pinch of salt to the whites (it is easy to whip them), a spoonful of sugar, whip for two or three minutes and then add another spoonful of sugar, and continue to whip until the mixture looks like a hardened cream, and some people can whip until the bowl turns upside down without falling off
3. Some people can whip until the bowl is upside down and won't fall
3. Add one and a half tablespoons of flour, one tablespoon of cornstarch, one tablespoon of sugar, and milk to the egg yolks, and whisk up and down, but not down the stream
