Beer Duck
Ingredients: 3 duck legs, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic, 2 dried peppers, star anise 1 piece, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, sugar10g, 2 tins of beer, and appropriate amount of salt.
Cooking steps: 1. Wash the duck leg, cut it into large pieces, and wash away the blood. Put it in a pot, add water without duck meat, boil it over medium heat, skim off the floating foam, and take out the duck meat.
2. Cut the onion into large sections, pat the garlic flat, slice the ginger, heat the wok, add a little cooking oil, add the star anise and saute until fragrant, add the dried pepper, and stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add duck meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then turn to medium and small fire and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, and stir-fry duck oil. That's why you don't have to add a lot of oil at first. Because duck meat will fry a lot of duck oil.
4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry white sugar evenly, add beer equal to duck meat, and then turn to medium-low heat for stewing. Add a proper amount of salt in 20 minutes, and stew for about 40 minutes to collect juice and turn off the fire. If the whole duck is stewed, it will take a long time.
Duck meat with beer fragrance is stewed, which has a good effect on promoting appetite. I have experienced this personally. Xiaobian was not hungry at noon. After this dish was served, she ate a bowl of rice unconsciously. It's so satisfying.
