Eggplant in Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

Two eggplants, tomato sauce, cornstarch

Steps:

1. Sweet and Sour Sauce: half a bowl of water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of vinegar, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of tomato sauce, a little bit of sugar, one tablespoon of cornstarch and mix well.
