1. Wash and dice shrimp, add marinade and mix well for 10 minutes.
2. Wash and drain the beans; wash and cut the scallions.
3. Boil a pot of water, the beans are cooked, remove and drain; then blanch the shrimp until red, remove and drain.
4. Take a non-stick pan in the oil and burst the shallots, add shrimp and beans stir-fried and seasoned to serve.
