Seasoning: onion ginger soy sauce
Practice:
1, wash the pork ribs, cut them into 2cm square pieces, blanch them in a boiling water pot for 5min, take them out, and rinse them with clean water;
2. Cut the onion into 4 cm long sections, cut the ginger into large pieces, and tie it with hemp rope;
3. Put the meat into a porcelain jar and add crystal sugar, cinnamon, onion, ginger, soy sauce and water1000g;
4. Take the soaked meat as the degree, cover the jar with a plate, put it on medium fire for 5 minutes, and simmer for about 3 hours until the soup is thick and rotten;
5, air 10 minutes, put the meat and soup into the soup bowl, or hold it on a plate at the bottom of the jar, and serve the original jar together.
Cooking skills:
1, cubes of meat before entering the porcelain jar should be blanched with boiling water to remove blood stains;
2. Use a low fire when stewing, and the jar mouth should be tightly covered.
