Accessories: 10g peel, 1 piece of ginger, 3 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of salt
Methods:
Clean the abalone of its innards, separate it from the shell, and rinse it well;
Put the cleaned abalone into a container;
Soak the peel in warm water for 30 minutes;
Slice the ginger and the peel into julienne strips;
Spread the peel, shredded ginger on the abalone;
