Steps:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2. Wash the mushrooms and tear them into small strips and set aside.
3. Boil water in a pot, blanch the mushrooms for 2 minutes, remove and drain.
4. Stir starch, flour, eggs, a little water, and half a spoonful of June Fresh Extra Light Salted Soy Sauce.
