How to curry beef brisket rice?
Dice beef, potatoes and carrots, and shred onions for later use.
Soak the beef in boiling water until it changes color, and then take it out.
Put beef in a stew pot (pressure cooker is the best, so ordinary pot is used because there is no pressure cooker), pour raw material ABCDEF and hot water equal to beef, bring to a boil with strong fire, simmer for about 1 hour (pressure cooker is about 30 minutes) until beef is soft and rotten, and take it out and drain it for later use.
Put a piece of butter in a pot, melt it in a hot pot, add shredded onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the cooked beef and stir-fry for a while.
Add potatoes, carrots and six slices of curry sauce. When the fire boils, turn to low heat until the curry melts and the potatoes become soft. Then serve, serve.
