The materials that need to be prepared in advance are: 500g black-bone chicken, 200g pork bone, tremella fuciformis 100g, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of rock sugar, appropriate amount of blending oil, appropriate amount of dried tangerine peel and appropriate amount of medlar.
1. The first step is to soak tremella, as shown in the figure below.
2. Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces and put it into the stew together with the pig bones, as shown in the figure below.
3. Put the dried tangerine peel and water into the stew, as shown in the figure below.
4. Then add tremella, Lycium barbarum and rock sugar and cook 1 hour.
5. After1hour, add salt and mix well.
6. Stir well to get out of the pot, so that the black bone pig bone tremella soup is ready.
