Ingredients
1 block of tofu
1 green pepper
2 red peppers
4 cloves of garlic
Oil in moderation
Salt in moderation
Soy sauce in moderation
Stir-fried tofu
1.tofu cut into small pieces, put into a pot of hot water blanching and then removed from the spare.
2. Green and red bell peppers cut into small dices, minced garlic.
3. Heat a frying pan, pour in the minced garlic and sauté over low heat.
4. Pour in the tofu block, stir-fry over medium heat, and when the water in the tofu dries up a little, fry it a little so that the surface is slightly golden. (As long as a little golden brown can not be fried, fried old bad taste into fried tofu.)
5. Pour in green and red bell peppers, season with salt and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly over high heat and turn off the heat.
Tips
Like the texture of the wet point can add a little water to cook a little.
