Wash the radish, cut it into strips, roll it up with dried tofu and dip it in the sauce.

1. The skin of radish is rich in nutrition. Wash the skin thoroughly with a brush and water and cut it into round pieces.
2. If you feel that drinking radish juice alone is not easy to eat, you can add some apples, tomatoes or bananas to stir and juice, or use lemon juice and honey to taste.
