Two potatoes
A few grams of salt
French fries (not frozen)?
Slice potatoes, soak in cold water, soak in clear water for several times, and soak in salt vinegar (white vinegar or aged vinegar) 10 minute.
Pour the freshly soaked water into the pot and cook until the potatoes are slightly transparent. Don't rot. After a while, you can fish it out.
(Take it out and drain it with a drain basket. I put some paper towels in the basin, and then tried to suck some water from the potatoes. )
Take another pot, add cooking oil and burn. After smoking, you can use a small medium heat and pour in the drained French fries. Fry slowly (be patient here because it's really slow)
I've made it several times before, but the French fries are crisp when they are out of the pan, and then they become soft when they are cold. But if you have patience, fry it slowly with low fire and squeeze out the water from the French fries, which tastes like KFC.
After cooking, continue to absorb oil with paper towels and sprinkle some salt. You can start.
