Ingredients
200 grams of fish fillet, 1 onion, 1 green and red pepper, appropriate amount of oil, cooking wine, chicken essence, pepper, starch and salt.
Method
1. Wash the fish, slice it into fillets with a diagonal knife, mix well with cooking wine, pepper, salt and starch and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Wash and shred onions and green and red peppers.
3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant. Stir-fry the fish fillets until they change color and serve.
4. Stir-fry onions, green and red peppers and 1 tablespoon of water in the remaining oil in the pot for about 1 minute.
5. Add fish fillets and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly, then add salt and chicken essence to taste.
