How to make Gantt Chart with Excel
1. First, enter the data to be used in the table, as shown:

2. Then, click the icon wizard button to enter the dialog box, as shown:

3. Select "Stacked Bar Chart" in "Bar Chart", and the next step appears as shown in the figure.

4. Select all data in the data area (including four columns of task, start time, duration and completion time), and delete the series of "completion time" to ensure that the "start time" is above the "duration", as shown in the figure below:

5. Click Finish, and the chart is as follows:

6. The chart formed by the wizard program has been completed. Next, proceed to the next step: reverse the Y axis: double-click the Y axis coordinate in the chart, and check the "reverse the sorting order" option in the scale bar of the pop-up dialog box, as shown in the following figure:

7. After inversion, as shown in the figure:

8. Hide "Start Time" series: double-click the "Start Time" column area and set it in the pop-up dialog box:

9. Double-click the X axis, and a dialog box will appear on the right side of the picture. Follow the text prompts in the picture:
